When do new puzzles come out?

At midnight on your phone's clock. Everyone in the same time zone gets the same boards.

My progress didn't carry over to my other phone or browser

Progress is saved only on the device you play on. The app and the website keep separate progress.

What counts toward a best time?

Boards solved without hints, and Smoke Test floors cleared without an alarm.

What does the unlock include?

A one-time purchase in the app adds practice boards in every size for every game, plus every new game we add. Today's puzzles stay free.

I bought the unlock on a new phone and it's locked

Use Restore Purchases in the app, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
